In particular, ToBeCoop focuses mainly on supporting CSOs’ relations and sharing of knowledge on the subject of the Chapter 20 of the EU-Turkey negotiations (Enterprise and industrial policy). In this framework, the Action will be coherent with the National Action Plan for EU accession (2016-2019), that – referring to the Chapter 20 – states that the first priority is the strengthening and restructuring of the cooperative enterprise model, for a transition to a structure in which cooperatives are qualified as productive, efficient and sustainable economic entrepreneurial initiatives in line with the EU practices.
